Every client follows each stage in the TRAC portal. For Resolve partners, we agree together on a deadline for each applicable stage — and lock it into a formal agreement.

Only on TRAC Resolve do we set timelines together. Restore and Respond follow Prism's standard timelines. Resolve partners work with us one-on-one: we walk every stage together, agree on the timelines that work, and hold ourselves to them.
